Quotes and pricing

Quotes are estimates based on the vehicle information you provide. If the actual condition differs significantly — heavy pet hair, biological contamination, severe neglect — we will tell you before starting and confirm any adjusted price with you.

Access and parking

You are responsible for providing a legal, accessible parking space with room to work around the vehicle, and for confirming that your property or community permits mobile detailing.

Weather

Appointments may be rescheduled when weather makes quality work impossible. We will contact you as early as we reasonably can.

Results and limitations

Detailing improves condition; it cannot reverse all damage. Deep scratches through the clear coat, permanently stained or damaged upholstery, failing clear coat, rust and pre-existing mechanical issues are outside what detailing can correct. We will identify these before or during the appointment.

Personal property

Please remove valuables before your appointment. Mobile Detailing Jacksonville is not responsible for items left in the vehicle.

Cancellations

Let us know as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule so the slot can be offered to someone else.
