Mobile Detailing at Apartments and Condos
How on-site detailing works when you do not have a driveway.
A large share of Jacksonville residents park in shared apartment or condo lots, particularly across the Southside, Baymeadows, Bartram Park and Downtown.
Mobile detailing works well in those settings, with a couple of practical considerations.
Check the property rules first
Some communities allow professional detailing in assigned spaces, some restrict washing entirely, and some allow it only in designated areas. A quick call to the leasing office settles it.
Low-water and rinseless options
Where washing with running water is not permitted, rinseless and low-water methods deliver a genuinely clean exterior with minimal runoff. Interior detailing is never an issue.
Space requirements
One parking space with room to open doors, plus a nearby space for the service vehicle. That is the whole requirement, since we carry our own water and power.
Timing
Mid-morning through early afternoon on weekdays is usually the quietest time in apartment lots, which makes the appointment easier for everyone.
What this includes
- Confirm your community's policy first
- Low-water methods available where required
- No hose bib or outlet needed
- Interior detailing works anywhere
- Weekday midday is the easiest scheduling window
